Role Description

Empowering Pilates is seeking a Comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor who is passionate about movement, client experience, and teamwork. This role is ideal for an instructor who is welcoming, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality, thoughtful Pilates sessions that leave a lasting impression on every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients upon arrival and create a friendly, inclusive, and professional studio atmosphere

• Provide clear, detailed, and supportive instruction tailored to each client’s level, needs, and goals

• Design and lead well-structured 45-minute Pilates flows that meet class level expectations while maintaining creativity, safety, and effectiveness

• Manage class time efficiently to ensure smooth transitions, punctual starts and finishes, and a seamless client experience

• Observe and cue clients with attention to form, alignment, and breath to promote safe and effective movement

• Create memorable, positive, and engaging experiences that encourage client retention and growth

• Complete side work before and after shifts as needed to maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and readiness

• Collaborate professionally with a team of instructors and studio staff to support a cohesive and supportive work environment

Qualifications

• Comprehensive Pilates Certification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt instruction for different experience levels and learning styles

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude

• CPR certification is desirable but not required
